All one on one sessions are performed at a distance via Zoom, infused with both 9D and reiki energy and are both pre and live channeled via my own team of guides, your higher self, and any guides of yours who wish to come forward. Sessions are 90 minutes in length and generally follow a format of 15 minute discussion, 60 minutes work, 15 minute discussion.
You will receive a recording and transcript of your session within 48 hours.
